"Beyond Understanding"

Saints and seekers...they don't know
Brave and dreamers...they don't know
Teachers, scholars...they don't know
Preachers and presidents...they don't know
Prostitutes and prayers...they don't know
Orange pickers, brick layers...they don't know

Some say that they do
Some claim that it's true
If they only knew...

The love of Jesus
It's beyond understanding

All together we can find
The power to grasp love devine
Upon the foundation of his love
Rooted in mercy from above
I'm convinced that as we grow
We will know what we can't know
